About Belleview

A personal approach to wedding coordination.

Belleview was founded by Isabelle after planning her own wedding and seeing firsthand how much coordination is still required once the planning is finished.

Today, she works with couples in the final weeks before their wedding to understand the plans, meet the vendors, build the timeline, and take responsibility for bringing it all together.

The approach is simple: be prepared, communicate clearly, and make sure the couple never has to wonder what is happening next.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, Belleview becomes the central point of contact between you, your venue, and your vendors.

Everyone receives the same timeline, final details are confirmed in advance, and questions on the wedding day come to Belleview instead of you or your family.

Frequently asked questions

A few details before we get started.

  • Four to six weeks before the wedding. That is enough time to take the plan you have already built, confirm it against every vendor contract, and prepare the day properly without rushing it.

  • A planner helps you design the wedding and choose and book your vendors. Belleview does not do that. Coordination picks up the plan you have already made and takes responsibility for executing it: confirmations, timeline, setup and the day itself.

  • Yes. Vendor introductions happen four to six weeks out, and in the final week the schedule goes to everyone working your wedding. From that point they come to Belleview rather than to you.

  • Yes, and Belleview runs it, so that everyone knows where they are standing and what happens next before the day arrives.

  • Typically eight to twelve hours, from the first vendor arrival through to the send-off, depending on how your day is shaped.

  • Yes. Belleview sets up what you have chosen and oversees the wider setup on the day, and is happy to give input on how it comes together. Florals, rentals and catering are not supplied.

  • Isabelle's husband works every wedding alongside her, handling setup and the tasks that need two people at once. For larger weddings an additional coordinator can be arranged, depending on the date.

  • Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, the Sea-to-Sky corridor and southern BC. Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey and out from there.
