The Full Experience

For couples who want support from start to finish

This is the most hands-on option. I'm with you through the whole planning process, from the big decisions to the small details, so you're never figuring it out alone.

What's included:

  • Planning support from as early as a year out (or wherever you're starting from)

  • Help finding and planning decor and memorable details

  • Full vendor communication and coordination throughout

  • Regular check-in calls as your wedding gets closer

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Full day-of coordination, start to finish

Best for: Couples who want a true partner throughout the entire process.

The Day-Of Package

For couples who have it handled, but want backup

You've done the planning and made the big decisions. This package makes sure it all comes together exactly the way you pictured it, without you having to run any of it yourself.

What's included:

  • One call 2-4 weeks before your wedding to go over every detail

  • Vendor confirmations based on what we discuss on that call

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Full day-of coordination, I handle everything so you don't have to

Best for: Couples who've planned their wedding and just need someone to run the day.

A La Carte

For couples who need something in between

Not every wedding fits into one box. If you need more than day-of but not the full planning experience, pick and choose exactly what you need, nothing more, nothing less.

Available services include:

  • Decor and design help

  • Vendor research and coordination

  • Timeline and schedule building

  • Memorable moment planning

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Partial planning support (however many months you need)

Best for: Couples who want support in specific areas, on their own terms.

Not sure which one?

  • It depends on how much support you want along the way. If you want help from start to finish, the Full Experience is a good fit. If you've already planned everything and just need someone to run the day, go with the Day-Of Package. If you only need help in a few specific areas, A La Carte lets you pick exactly what you need.

  • Pricing depends on your wedding size, timeline, and what kind of support you need. Message me and we can figure out what makes sense for you.

  • Yes! Plans change, and that's okay. If you start with one package and realize you need more or less support, just reach out and we'll adjust.
